"A pleasure to meet you, Cadet." The Kaiser says, smiling as he shakes his hand. "Landa told me something along the lines of the Bavarian Leadership is staying in the Suite downtown... What prompted them to leave? He neglected to mention that part."

Jean's smile fades a bit before his laughter brings it back. "Admittedly, I may have instigated a small argument. But then the Bavarian took it too far. He insulted my culture and threatened me, and then wisely decided to leave before my patience ran out."

Jean's chuckle fades and he checks his watch. "As I understand it Herr Kaiser, your daughter has a meeting in the same hotel I am to be staying in. Perhaps I could have your permission to escort her there?"

Richthofen sighs. "What kind of father would I be if I tried to control my daughter's every move... very well." He says. "I've got to clean up here anyways, and make sure Ferdinand didn't burn anything down with that stupid engine of his." With that, he lets out a small sigh and turns to leave, muttering something about flat armor and engine fires under his breath.

"Well... that went better than expected." Weiss said.

Jean smiles happily. "Oui. He didn't hurt me."

His smiles widens as he offers her his arm again. "Shall we?"

Weiss grins, accepting the arm. "Alright..."

Weiss leads him out to the "small" garage, filled with rather old looking Mercedes cars, even a Kubelwagen with an MG34 mounted on the back. Weiss pulls a set of keys from her pocket, pressing the unlock button a few times. A black Mercedes-AMG GT S's lights flicker, unlocking with a soft click.

"It's time to break all of the speed laws." Weiss says with a small grin.

Weiss motions for Jean to climb into the passenger's seat.

"Welcome to Konigsberg!" The Kaiser says over the winding down helicopter rotors. "It's a pleasure to have you here." He moves forward to shake the foreign minister's hand.

Jean climbs in without hesitation, grinning. "This night just gets better and better. Let us go mademoiselle!" Jean waves his arm theatrically. "I can think of nothing better to do so late at night than head to my hotel room with you." Jean bursts out laughing, unable to handle his own drunken ridiculousness.

"I probably wouldn't have said that if I was sober." He managed between bouts of laughter.

"And I would've slapped you if you were sober." Weiss joked, starting up the car. She quickly put her foot on the gas, shifting out of neutral and through the gears incredibly quickly. In a matter of ten minutes, they had covered almost all of the sparsely populated streets between the Palace and the hotel, Weiss choosing to brake a bit harder than normal to make sure Jean was still awake. She smiled as she gave the valet a nod, tossing him a valet's key to her car.

"I hope you enjoyed." Weiss said as the valet opened Jean's door. "I know that my father would probably kill me if he saw how I drive usually, so you're one of the few people to actually see me drive." She joked.

Jean stumbled out of the car, steadying himself. "I enjoyed it quite a lot." He mumbled pulling himself up straight. "Not many opportunities for joy rides at the academy." He looks at her appreciatively. "Even less with someone as beautiful as you."

He holds out his arm. "I'm going to need you to take my arm again mademoiselle. Except this time, it is so I do not fall over."

Weiss rolled her eyes, taking his arm and keeping him steady as she led the way through the door. Upon seeing her, the receptionist gave her the key to the penthouse suite, just across the hall from the Presidential Suite. Weiss stepped into the elevator, pressing the button for the 65th floor. She led him off the elevator, handing him the key to his room. "Alright, the room over there is yours." She said, pointing out the Penthouse. "I'll be just across the hall."

Imperial Palace:
"It certainly is, mein herr." The Kaiser says. "You've actually arrived at a perfect time, I had a few things I wished to discuss with you. Please, come inside." Richthofen led him into the Palace, where the festivities were still going on, even at such an hour of the night. "The Bavarian Princes were here a few hours ago, so I've already put forth the same proposition with them. I am looking to create a German Union of sorts. A defensive, economic, and political entity that will serve as a binding force for the German people."

Bertold sighs, "While i empthysise with your goal, i see trouble in this, an alliance is simply a declaration of war, with the war to come in the next ten, or even hundred years."

Jean took the key from her with one hand and took her hand with the other. He theatrically bowed and kissed the back of her hand. "I expect to see you later tonight." He said. He kissed her hand again, then spun and marched off to his room, laughing his head off at himself as he went.
