"If anyone, she deserves Prince Rober. I admit, I may be tolerant, but I have a short temper and can be easily put into a stressful situation. I'm still in training , after all. But Robert is a true gentlemen. He is a gentle but hearty man with a strong personality and elegant act. I'm may be king, but I'm only an apprentice." Wilhelm sighed. He kept his straight-backed posture while speaking.

Robert listened to him speak, occasionally glancing over at Landa once or twice.

"You'd be surprised at Weiss' temper." Landa said, chuckling. "Weiss' existence is stress. I've served as Kommandant of the Honor Guards long enough to know Weiss's tells... and she told a lot in those few minutes."

Weiss introduced Jean to a rather buzzed Ferdinand Porsche, who seemed very intent on sharing his schematics for a main battle tank's chassis with an 8-inch naval gun for a main cannon.

"Sometimes a temper can be beneficial. Sometimes it can destroy the foundations of an old nation." Robert sipped the wine he still had.

"Think on what I've said, Wilhelm." Landa said, smiling. "I'll let Weiss know that you're staying in the First State's Suite." Before any objections can be made, Landa strides back towards the Imperial Palace, blowing a plume of smoke from his nostrils as he walked.

Jean tosses back the remainder of his wine, simply tossing the glass onto the nearest table. He puts arm around Weiss' waist while he takes Porsche's schematic in both hands, fascinated. He laughs loudly. "This is both utterly ridiculous and ingenious at the same time Mr. Porsche!"

Jean yanks a pen from his breast pocket, keeping his other arm around Weiss. He scribbles a phone number on the schematic. "If you need help funding this, you give me a call. I'll ensure it gets built."

Porsche lets out a bellowing laugh, clasping Jean on the shoulder. "Excellent to hear, my boy! If Herr Kaiser should reject the schematic for the reasons that you find it to be so appealing, I'll be sure to give you a call!"

Weiss let out an amused sigh. "Already making friends, I see." She joked.

"Work on your temper, Wilhelm. Let's go," Wilhelm got up and they walked to the limousine they arrived in.

"Königsberg State Hotel." Robert told the driver. Wilhelm pulled out an old book and started reading. Robert pulled out a work in progress wooden block and a knife. He started to shave parts of the block, sculpting something.

Jean simply chuckles looking around for another glass of wine. "I look forward to your call Mr. Porsche!" He calls behind him, leading Weiss away.

He lowers his voice, talking to her. "I enjoy making friends. There's not point in travelling if I don't meet people and make connections." He says, giving her a wink.

He looks up again, searching the room for a glass of wine. He mumbles something about Bavarians and needing to be further intoxicated.

The Konigsberg State Hotel is one of the tallest buildings in the city, impossible to miss for miles. It appears to be constructed almost entirely out of glass, and has the symbol of Prussia flying on every corner of the building. Upon arriving, the limousine is directed into a roundabout by a valet, who opens the door for Wilhelm and his brother, leading them through the door of the hotel.

The Bavarian Royalty is led through the halls of the tower, the bellboy leading them making mindless small talk. The entirety of the tower's inside looks almost gold, the walls shimmering under the dozens of chandeliers.

They are directed into an elevator, up to the top floor, where one of the most opulent and large hotel rooms ever designed awaits them.

"Make yourselves at home!" The bellboy says, cheerily. "Mistress Richthofen will be arriving soon, so I've heard."

*Imperial Palace:*

Weiss shrugs. "They were rather respectful, given the circumstance. I still think that the hair ruffling was a bit unnecessary."

Robert searches for wine in the wine cooler. Wilhelm gets out three wine glasses and their bags are brought into the room. He sifts through his and pulls out Bluetooth speakers and an iPod. He puts on classical music and walks to the window, looking outside. He let out a sigh, enjoying the sight that he could see miles from his position.

Robert found two bottles. One white and one red. He decided to do it later and sat on the couch, going back to his whittling.

Jean tosses an irritated look her direction, softening after he looks at her.

"Admittedly, I may have started it." He begins softly. "But!" His voice hardens. "He called my culture a joke. He's lucky I took it in such good humor and only ruffled his hair."

"At least you're honest." Weiss says, smiling.

Before she can continue, Landa walks in with a smug, ****-eating grin on his face. He leans against a nearby doorframe, shooting Jean a grin as he sees his hand around Weiss' waist.

"Miss Richthofen, Prince Robert and Wilhelm decided to stay in the First State's suite. I believe that they still had some details that they needed to iron out with you."

"Very well..." Weiss says, nodding. "I'll head over there once Father returns."

"Fair enough, just letting you know." He says, nodding. "I've also arranged for Mister Leftvure to stay in a suite here in Konigsberg. I'll send the details later."

"Thank you, Hans." Weiss says.

Jean returns Landa's grin with his own.

He subtly (as subtly as a heavily intoxicated French soldier can) pulls Weiss a bit closer to himself. He just starts chuckling at himself.

After a few more hours of celebration, Kaiser Manfred von Richthofen walks back into the Palace, finding Ferdinand Porsche even more intoxicated than he thought physically possible. He spots Landa walking around the Palace, mindlessly grinning to himself. He talks with the Kaiser for a moment, laughing.

Manfred walks into the main hall, surprised to find the French President's son with his arm wrapped around his daughter's waist. "Weiss." Manfred says, walking up behind the two.

Weiss nearly jumps out of her skin. "Oh... hello Father!" Weiss says, unconsciously distancing herself from Jean. "How was your time in Paris?"

"Excellent, as expected." Richthofen says. "We've managed to further cement relations with the Francophone Alliance. All of Eastern France has been returned to the Alliance. I had a quite pleasant time discussing the terms of the alliance with your father, as well." He said, turning to look at Jean.

"Ah yes." Jean says, sobering right the **** up. "I've also had quite a pleasant time here Herr Kaiser." A slight grin plays on his face. "I spent a decent chunk of my time with your extraordinary daughter. Oh, how rude of me." He holds out his hand. "Jean Luc. Of course, you know my father."
