"Now, what of this Lesser German States? I thought that a representative or their leader would have attended. I brought two Teutonic crosses in hope of giving them to both of you." Wilhelm questioned.

"I'm not sure where their representative is." Weiss explained. "I opened up the festivities to all nations, but it would appear that only Bavarians attended.."

Jean Luc Lefévre arrives in Konigsberg on a Franc government aircraft. Enrolled in a military academy in the Alliance, he comes decked out in his blue dress uniform topped off with his kepi. He wears several medals on his uniform, not being able to gather many while enrolled in an academy rather than deployed with a unit.

He is 17 years of age and stands at 5'11. An Alliance military standard issue sidearm hangs from his belt, and a ceremonial but practical sword hangs from his belt on his other hip.
Signed,
Frédéric Lefévre
President of the Francophone Alliance

The Franc President's son is met by a group of Konigsberg honor guards, and is subsequently escorted to the Imperial Palace. He is met with an image of the Prussian Military commanders, financial elite, Reichstag members, and the Kaiser's daughter talking with the Bavarian leadership.

Lieutenant Lefévre walks over to the Kaiser's daughter and the Bavarians. He stands tall, carrying himself like a soldier. He bows his head, a slight grin on his face "Bonjour mademoiselle. I have been looking forward to meeting you."

"I am glad to be here." He says. "It's quite a beautiful city. I have not had the pleasure of visiting before." He focuses on Weiss with a small smile. "So many beautiful sights to see."

"You're too kind." Weiss says with a smile. She turns to look at Wilhelm and Robert. "I'd like to introduce you to Prince Regent Robert and Prince Wilhelm of Bavaria, now allies of the Prussian Empire."

Lefévre turns, noticing the Bavarians. "A pleasure Prince Robert, Prince Wilhelm." Lefévre holds his hand out to the Bavarians.

Broseph Tito arrives at Konisberg and asks what our plans for future expansion may be. The UBBR is planning to annex Hungary, the remainder of the Balkans, and Turkey. We also ask that Russia remain virgin

The Prussian Foreign Minister explains that the Prussian Empire plans to expand into Norway, Papua New Guinea, Namibia, and some areas of Asia, purely to unite the German-speaking peoples within those regions under one flag. The expansion into Asia will be purely economic.

Prince Wilhelm studied the Frenchman. Robert shook his hand silently. The Bavarians have had a strange dislike towards Frenchmen, but the two did not show it.

"The pleasure's all mine, Mr. Lefévre," Wilhelm shook his hand.

Lefévre gives a curt nod, feeling an odd dislike for Bavarians. He does his best not to show it, deftly stepping closer to Weiss. "Always a pleasure to meet someone as... interesting as you." He says carefully, eyeing Wilhelm's clothing.

"We Bavarians are fond of keeping old traditions fresh." Wilhelm said stoutly. Robert went to get some wine.
