Vilain laughs. "Right." He says. "I'm from the DGSE. I'm an intelligence officer." Vilain chuckles. "Read into that what you will. In my line of work, I find it quite helpful to meet people who may be able to help me. You strike me as a good friend to have. Now, at this moment, I don't need anything from you. However, it's always good to know people. And it's also worthy of note that I always take care of my friends."
Vilain pauses for a second. "Don't read too much into my line of work. I would never insult you by trying to get you to betray your country or anything of that variety. As I said, it's just good to know people." Vilain smiles, fully expecting what he's said to sound somewhat ridiculous.
Jean leads the Kaiser's family into the buildings and towards the officer's quarters. He leans down closer to Weiss. "You know, everything I say to you, I say quite seriously. With that being said, I still find all of this as hilarious as Blake does." He chuckles as he leads them into the hallway where visiting dignitaries are staying. Several Republican Guardsmen stand outside of several of the rooms.
