Outside the Town Hall, there is a small, peaceful protest against the CEA. Riot police are stationed there to prevent any violence.

Valner red is short man but has a big gut, he has a very bald head, and a thick light brown bread. He wears a dark brown formal suit, with a red tie."Indeed it was safe Mr.Underwood."He says. Valner then follows the guards.

As a newly founded nation, the Velucian Imperial Dominion formally requests entry into this auspicious treaty in the hopes of not only bolstering our own economy but also, and more importantly, to begin the creation of friendly and appreciative relations with the powers of the west; of which we are most enthusiastic towards.
