Economic Alliance
« on: January 07, 2016, 10:25:34 pm »
Today, after months of meetings, planning and policy drafting behind closed doors, officials from The Institute of Nomna, The United Fascist States of America and The Western Commonwealth have come up with a Economic Alliance. This Economic alliance will be present between the 3 nations and hopes to expand out somewhere down the line.

A speech from Supreme Chancellor Underwood:

"Good morning everyone. I'm happy to announce that The Commonwealth, Nomna and UFSA have come to an agreement for an Economic alliance. In the light of the bonding opportunity, I personally would like to invite the leaders of UFSA and Nomna to come to Los Angeles to sign the official paperwork. This ceremony will kick off the 3 day summit that The Commonwealth would hopefully like to implementing a annual manner to discuss economic, political and regional issues with one another in different cities. Lets hope this alliance will succeed and make our nations prosper even further. Thank you. Now, lets move forward with questions from the press..."

The President and Vice President are to sign the paperwork.
Here is the official symbol of the alliance,

The official name of Nomna, the U.F.S.A., and the Western Commonwealth will be the Tri-Dux.

The President and the VP arrive on AF1 at LAX. They then take a limo to the meeting at City Hall [that is where I am guessing it is].

The City hall has a red carpet leading to the big doors, which are open. There, in the shade stands Chancellor Underwood with a few members of the National Assembly, including the Vice Chancellor, Speaker and a few ministers.

As the President approaches the Chancellor, the Chancellor says:

"Welcome the Western Commonwealth, President Kennedy! It is good to see that our officials managed to get a economic alliance. Lets hope this alliance will be the envy of the world."
Sincerely,
Supreme Chancellor Frank Underwood

"Thank you Chancellor Underwood, it is a pleasure to be here and meeting you. I assure you the C.E.A. will be the greatest economic alliance ever, even rivaling the former EU!" Walter replies. The Vice President then greets the Vice Chancellor.

The U.B.B.R. may even join if it wishes. However, trade relations will begin between the C.E.A. and the U.B.B.R. as soon as the other Tri-Dux nations agree to it.

The Western Commonwealth agrees to UBBR's proposal. And we invite their delegation to come to Los Angeles. We have support of this alliance, but the Western Commonwealth will establish protectionist laws that will help local businesses and employment once the 3 day summit is complete.

[i will make an agenda soon about this summit]
Sincerely,
Supreme Chancellor Frank Underwood
