The Empiric Alliance is actually an Alliance of many countries that rule by themselves with each of their own governments. But all of these countries will unite under a single banner if declared war on and will be lead by a single man and removing all current leaders from their offices until the war is over. It is made up of many different countries hence the word "empiric" from the word "empire" since an empire is made out of different countries, states, and kingdoms ruled by a single supreme authority. But this happens only during war and during peace time all countries have their own governments, laws, and rulers, hence it is an "Empire Alliance" hence making the Alliance called The Empiric Alliance.

Like we said earlier, the alliance is full of many countries not only humans but of Dragons, Aliens, Orcs, Dwarves, and other different things therefore making our military the most diverse mixing Brawn and Brains, Magic and Technology, (you get the point)

Also the populace is infected with an incurable disease(maybe its in our genes/DNA???) called "Berserker Blood"  which makes anyone blood-thirsty to kill ANYONE he/she sees, even if it is he's/she's loved one  . Therefore we are like the city-state of Sparta which trains everyone (including women) for war and a militaristic society and we are obligated to declare war once every 100 years to "quench our thirst"  .
(Strangely all of the countries in the alliance are infected with the disease. Must be Transmittable???)

[Considering that it directly breaks the UN Outer Space Treaty, i'd say that there's a fairly good chance that it's against the ruels.]

At its current rate, it's estimated completion time is by 2086. It shall be presented to *insert name of Nova Historiae's UN equivalent* as a peacekeeping measure to be impemnted in times of severe war. Think of it as a WMD defence installation that every country will control.

(I wasn't planning to use this in any RP event, just adding a little spice to my space agency as Prussia seems to control most space exploration devices)

Also, the space law treaty says not to place weapons or WMDs in orbit or on celestial bodies but, personally, I believe that as soon space becomes commercialised weapon stations/satellites will become common place. An orbital bombardment satellite will probably be constructed in the future by a superpower anyway under the pretense of peacekeeping.
