Velucian is a large land mass which was once made up of a dozen smaller civilisations. These were conquered in the years of 1856 to 1858 due to the significant increase in military spending.

Although it has waned in recent years, Velucian is still a major contender in the development and manufacture of military technology and is believed to be the only country working on a fully armed orbital bombardment station, albeit its still in early development stages.

The majority of citizens are oppressed by the ruthless police force and have very little say in their own lives.
