Bertold climbs to the Podium in Rome. "Around two thousand years ago, the light of Rome was extinguished, many historians say it is the last time it ever burned so bright. but then came something different, the Holy Roman Empire, she was the continuation of Rome's government, yet she was a German speaking nation, with German cutler. The Holy Roman Empire stretched from Rome to Berlin, her states still exist today, Prussia, Bavaria, Italia. The Empire fell in 1806, and again historians said that never again would the light of Rome burn. Today, i have used my powers granted to me as chancellor to sign the Treaty of Rome, i am here to tell you that the light of Rome does burn, brighter than ever, and she burns with German fuel. Romam est mater omnium nostrum!"
