Offer of Alliance

The government of the Francophone Alliance would like to offer an alliance to the Belkan States. Mutual defense and increased trade could be a benefit to both nations and it has already been shown that we are capable of working together to the same ends.

Generalissimo Hentill himself goes to Paris to meet President Frédéric Lefévre and finalize the alliance that is sure to strengthen both nations.
