 He agreed to let me have the Non-Prussian, Non-Bavarian states, the bottom left three, the red orange and yellow ones, those can be my German Claim.

OK, you're on the map. there was no way I was getting your Nation's name in that area so I numbered it and made a note at the bottom of the map. ;)
