Ilyushin Il-76s will provide supplies to the islands, including food and ammunition, and if they are shot down then there shall be an official declaration of war.

  Intill the political situation changes, the islands are an active war zone, if any planes transporting any kind of supplies does not heed warning it will be considered a threat to the operation and be shot down.
