Invasion of Iran and Pakistan
« on: January 18, 2016, 02:02:11 pm »
The Prussian Naval forces that were deployed to Australia, now having new orders, are sent to begin a land invasion of Iran and Pakistan.

Three hundred thousand Prussian Soldiers are being deployed to incorporate this land into the Empire, along with 250 Leopard 3 MBTs, 400 ME-20s, and a full three Attack Helicopter Battalions.

The Invasion will begin in southern Pakistan and continue north and west into Iran once Pakistan is completely pacified.

The Belkan Armed Forces would like to assist and and in the invasion should we get the three regions in Iran touching the Caspian Sea.

The Prussian Military needs no assistance, and would gain little from the arrangement, so the request to assist will have to be politely declined.

The Expeditionary landing force has made headway in Pakistan, pushing well up the coast with the assistance of ME-20 Fighters and bombardment from the battleships in the fleets. Pakistani military facilities are being hit by cruise missiles from the fleet, along with bombing runs from ME-20s.

Can I ask why you are invading Pakistan?

It would serve as an excellent point of access to Asiatic lands for trade and diplomatic purposes. The Pakistani lands were historically subject to rather harsh treatment by the various powers around it as well, our only wish is to help the people of Pakistan and Iran by bringing modern infrastructure and ease-of-living to their lands.

Pakistan's rather meager defense force, against the Prussian blitz, is swiftly crushed at the first defensive line. The Pakistani T-80 tanks are obliterated by advancing Leopard 3 MBTs, only 2 Leopards being destroyed in the process. The Bundeswehr has been ordered to steer clear of any civilian populations unless absolutely necessary. Any actions that could be deemed as war crimes that were perpetrated by the hands of a Prussian soldier, regardless of rank, will be met with a summary field trial and execution if found guilty.

This isn't the first time I have objected to one of your invasions. It might not be the last. Are the people crying for a new leader, or is it a land grab? I know my government is one to talk, but we have improved. So please, only invade if the people want it.
Sincerely,
Prime Minister Andrew Fest

Considering that the people of Pakistan and Iran have been subject to a dictator's brutal regime for the better part of 40 years, this is far more than a "Land Grab" operation. This is an attempt to help our fellow man and I am insulted that you would accuse me of taking this land for such a shallow, inhuman reason. Unlike your leadership, we would never order the Bundeswehr to commit a heinous crime against humanity without a second thought, solely to gain land.

The Prussian forces continue their advance on Pakistan's capital, assisted by an expeditionary Fallschrimjager force that was air-dropped from the North. The two separately advancing armies continue their advance under the protection of the Luftwaffe.

The Prussian Forces continue marching West towards Tehran, their advance allowed to proceed again thanks to the negotiated peace between Celatoro and the Prussian Empire.
