Explosion in Sydney
« on: January 19, 2016, 12:12:12 am »
An explosion rocked the Ministry of Agriculture building yesterday in downtown Sydney, killing four civilians and wounding dozens others. Amongst the wounded was Minister of Agriculture Barnaby Joyce, who is currently expected to survive his wounds according to government sources. PM Eric Combs has made a point in stating that the attack was from the controversial National Reclaimant Party, which sticks by the ideology of reclaimant and has been linked to the ARF. The Australian Reclaiment Force is known for multiple terrorist attacks and is considered terrorists by almost every nation. They are extreme nationalists who support genocide of Aboriginal people. The National Reclaimant Party, whose only member of Parliament has been released from his post for funding terrorist groups and a very unfortunate incident with a pig, claims to have no association. According to Prime Minister Combs, Redern promises to fight these extreme nationalist forces. Many high ranking politicians involved in the Freedom Party on the other hand have stated that this is a ploy to weaken nationalist sentiments in the run up to the next election as the government moves into full normalcy from its previously transitional status. They support earlier claims that it was an accidental explosion from a leaking gas line, but the government has stated that a gas explosion would not reach the size of the bombing and that traces of C-4 were found. Nationalism had been on the rise up to this point, as new elections are on there way sometime this year, it might prove to be very important in the future of Redern. Nationalists have attempted to normalize themselves over the past months, but they are still associated with extremism.

Prime Minister Eric Combs addressing Victoria News Weekly about the attack.

Parliament has decided that due to blood ties between Redern and Celatoro, and also the guilt of having caused the ARF to rise, to ask the government of Redern to allow them to deploy 25 Rangers to assist in the arrest of the terrorists.
Sincerely,
Prime Minister Andrew Fest

We would like to thank our northern brethren, we have already begun gathering information with a massive crackdown on nationalistic gangs and other groups associated with the ARF. We would like to ask permission from the state of Celatoro if we would be allowed to search through the international lands of South and Western Australia.

It is not our choice, for it is international land. You can as of anytime search international lands for criminals. Before the economic reforms, the CEF searched New South Wales for the terrorists who bombed New York and Pittsburgh.

[Really I just didn't want you to worry about the mass mobilization of troops.]

Mobilization has begun immediately as military forces march through the city of Sydney to keep order. Non-Active and standby forces are not yet being activated but Parliament is weighing the options. The soldiers will be defending government buildings as we search for the attackers. Plans for a search into South Australia are being made.

Generallisimo Hentil sends his condolensences and wishes for the Republic of Redern to know that Belka will pay for any damages caused to the building that was attacked. Also if need be, we can send an SR-71 to perform reconnaissance for the terrorists, and as it is your land any and all pictures taken will be sent to you.

Four thousand troops on standby have been put on active duty as the main force gathers to go on an expedition in South Australia. This force of about five thousand soldiers have been gathering in western New South Wales, as one half will hold the rural border and crackdown on any potential militia activity in the region. The other half will meet up with local aboriginal groups in South Australia and discuss potential areas that the ARF are hiding in.

To: The Royal Defense Forces and our friends in Beijing

We will allow Esterfort to do what they must to defeat nationalist extremism. Your help is greatly appreciated and we promise to aid you in some future endeavor. We must ask that you make sure your attacks are discreet, but otherwise do what you must.

Thank you,
PM Eric Combs

Directly to The Republic of Redern

The cleansing of terrorists will be discrete, the public will not know what actually occured. 3 Lockhead U-2 Reconnaissance Planes will be searching for the terrorists. Royal Defence Forces Investigation Wing is currently arriving at the Ministry of Agriculture to collect samples to discover the identities of the terrorists.
