Emergency Alert!

As of five minutes ago, the Chrysler Building is no longer in existence. A bomb was detonated in its observatory. We believe this is a series of attacks, because as of 2.9 minutes ago, Heinz Field went up in flames during a Steelers/Bengals game. We have gained footage of these attacks from bystanders and neighboring buildings. Both attacks have seemingly caused the deaths of 19k people. The terrorists who have committed these heinous crimes are now wanted criminals of the U.F.S.A. If any nation finds info on these attacks, we plead that you give us the info so we can put these murderers on trial, and prosecute them to the full extent of the law.

A recent plot to detonate a car bomb in Tommot (sorry it's not a city but there are none in my region apparently) was uncovered by our anti-terrorist unit I.T.A.U. After brief 'chats' with the arrested members it appears that they were a small subdivision of the group that detonated the two bombs in your land. From what we gathered, they received their explosives through a network of black market dealers. We would recommend planting agents to find out who is offering to sell high levels of explosives while we continue our investigation over here to try and find a link. Our thoughts are with you and your people and if there is anything you require, just ask.

The Belkan States shall look into the Russian mafia to make sure they had nothing to do with the heinous crimes on your country.

We have already performed inquiries into the mafia and it is very unlikely that they were the bombers. For starters, they're covert in their operations, they choose to smuggle in items that more for personal use rather than on such a large scale and they try to only sell items that cannot be traced back to them. However, if you are using agents we would recommend directing them towards the black market to listen out for any who are selling weapons on a massive scale or are selling explosives. It'd also be best to stick to your homefront as so to prevent further incident.

The Commonwealth Security Agency will provide assistance to the FSA.

We are currently investigating gangs and crime groups, drug lords across the Commonwealth, as maybe the attackers could have crossed into the FSA.

Counter Terror divisions are conducting raids starting tonight.

The Prussian Military would like to offer its assistance in destroying any chance of a communist regime rising up. The Bundeswehr's forces are on standby should we be needed, as we already have two carrier groups in the Indian Ocean.
