Declaration of War Against Prussia
« on: January 19, 2016, 09:59:43 am »
During a senate hearing, atop official of the government suddenly came forward cutting the hearing short, faced the cameras with a sombre look and said, "I regret to be the one to bring such awful news but.. Due to the rising tensions between Prussia and the Empire, further escalating the "issue" by declaring war to us and to our allies in the alliance... It is a natural response to fight back. We will aid our allies in the middle east in their fight against the Prussian government. We declare war against Prussia."

An eager reporter suddenly asked, "What about the R. Republic? Their is, within no doubt that Prussia and the R. Republic are allies."

Giving the reporter a "slight" glare for the disrespectful approach, the top official said, "The offer to host diplomatic talks in Vladivostok for the R. Republic is still on the table, what actions we do to the R. Republic are purely for the republic itself and does not "affect" Prussia".

Good night and glory to the Alliance.

The Prussian Navy dispatches a submarine battle group to the coast of Yamakami. They stay below 3 knots and run on silent, making them invisible to any sensor system. There are 15 Type-206 U Boats and 15 Type-551 U Boats. They are ordered to prevent the shipping of any military equipment out of the country. Any entering ships will be sunk after a single warning. Any leaving ships will also be sunk.

Any sueviving crew will be picked up by the U Boats and returned to the shore line.

(What you don't realise is that these subs are several miles long. They're mega subs. Also, doesn't he have to blockade the Chinese coast and parts of the Russian coast as well)

[There is no way to move a ship that long, besides something that big would be so structurally weak, and if you dived the pressure would tear it apart, not to mention how big its signature would be, leaving its position known to the world at all times.]

( I'm sorry, but I can't tell if your thinking I'm joking or not, because I am. I know a ship can't be that big, it's more of a dig at Prussia as they seem to use super tech in their role playing. I'm sorry if I mislead you. However, do you reckon a normal ship could be made a mile long?

[Technically speaking, yes, a surface ship could be. Although it would be entirely impractical and most likely have structural issues.]

What gets me are those 'coil guns', they don't sound like weapons used on conventional ships, or many prototypes for that matter. I'm probably wrong and it would turn out that every ship, even fishing vessels have them but I'd like a source for those if possible. Also, just in case you think it though I hope you don't, I don't hate your nation 👍

[Coil gun is just another word for Railgun, but the electric rails used to accelerate the slug are arranged in a coil pattern, as opposed to a straight rail system. They're completely identical in function, just the name is a bit different.]

Ah, ok. However I wouldn't think anything can be extreay accurate at such a long range, but meh; I guess they do exist. Doesn't matter anyway, I'll still kick your ass in Syria. 😆

The Dynasty Esterfort hopes Prussia is only blockading the Empire of Yamakami's territory in the Pacific Ocean and not in the East China Sea or Sea of Japan. The Dynasty has trade and cargo ships traversing these waters and plans to keep them traversing such waters.
