The Greater Roman Republic is the continuation of the SPQR, with German Cutler. The head of the Senate is located in Rome, however the living place of the Consul is Belvedere Palace, this means both Rome and Vienna are the Capital. this makes Rome the Legislative Capital, and Vienna the Executive Capital.
