The Royal Family
King Wilhelm of Bavaria
King Wilhelm, or informally known as Wilhelm Adelbacht von von Wittelsbach is the king of Bavaria, but not the ruler, as he is by society's favour, too young. King Wilhelm was born on the 13 of June, 2010, and is 15 years old. He is currently in Monarchal Training and his brother, Prince Regent Robert of Bavaria is ruling the nation.
Early LifeKing Wilhelm started his training when he turned seven, in July, 2017. He was taught proper manners. How to greet guests, to always sit up straight, to cough in his hand, to sneeze in his sleeve, to greet a lady with a kiss on the hand, to greet a man with a firm handshake or a hug, to always offer a glass of wine, coffee, or tea to the guest, and many other tactics. He was also taught how to write in cursive and to read. He was given an assignment to read and analyse the Bible and the Qur'an, both of which he did with great results. He was taught how to speak properly, using pristine grammar and speech skills.
At eight, Wilhelm asked his parents, King Friedrich and Queen Gretel, if he could create more honours and medals for the public, as Wilhelm had shown many interests in the topic, asking his father multiple times if he could see his medal and such. They both agreed, but limited him to three medals. Wilhelm got to work thinking up medals and honours with an expert minter and craftsman. He finally made up these three
- The Medal of Immediate Bravery - This medal is awarded to any citizen who saves someone in medical danger. May it be CPR, may it be a broken arm, those who serve the wounded are awarded this medal.
- The Order of Bismarck - Named after Wilhelm's favourite historical member of all time, the Order of Bismarck is given to those who have shown political superiority and excellence.
- The Medal of the Guardian Angel - The Order of Bavaria is awarded to those who have served the public in a major way, whether it be in a soup kitchen or helping firefighters save lives, those who are awarded this medal are looked upon as saviours from God.
At nine years old, Wilhelm was given permission to leave the house until dusk and visit the locals. He visited the people, asking them about their day, helping them with small things such as moving furniture, picking flowers, or baking bread. This gave him a very large appreciation by the people, who were always pleased to see him and still are. He performs these daily visits on a weekly basis when he isn't in training.
Now, at ten, Wilhelm is being taught how to talk in heated and tense situations in a calm and collected manner, how to horseback ride, how to paint, and how to use a smallsword. He was crowned King on the 28 of August, 2020, and does not rule, but is a symbol, a representative of the people, and a diplomat at times until he is old enough to rule.
Prince Regent Robert of Bavaria
Prince Regent Robert of Bavaria, informally known as Robert Otto Ferdinand von Wittelsbach, is the current ruler and Prince Regent of Bavaria. Born on the 5th of November, 1991, he is 29 years old. His younger brother, King Wilhelm of Bavaria, is being tutored by Robert and his teacher, Ferdinand von Malaisé IV.
Early LifeRobert of Bavaria was trained by Ferdinand von Malaisé IV, the Royal Tutor who's family has trained the to-be kings and queens of the royal family since the 17th Century. Robert was and is very artistic, having a large appreciation for painting and playing the cello. He is currently in the Royal Bavarian Philharmonic Orchestra as a cello player, the national orchestra for the Kingdom of Bavaria. He was born long before his brother, but when his brother was younger, they were best friends and still are, not leaving each others sides.
When Robert turned 18, he joined the Army as a Oberleutnant and served until he was 27 when he was crowned Prince Regent.
Prince RegentRobert, at the age of 29, currently lives in Leutchenberg Palace with his brother. He is tutoring his brother on being King and is the current ruler of Bavaria. He is known for his stoutness and his right-to-the point behaviour, not bothering and keeping away from small talk. He is a fencer and likes to play chess, his brother and him playing chess with each other commonly. Until Wilhelm is fit to be King, Robert rules.
