Overview: Manufactured by Amore, the Gryphon is one of the more unique additions to the Esterfortian Military’s forces. A mobile forward base, the Gryphon is designed to transport its crew long distances and, when a suitable base location is found, settle into place and transform into a fully-equipped fireteam base. Inside, the Gryphon possesses compact living accommodations, weapon containment, a small command-center suite, and a vehicle bay large enough to accommodate a single loadout-dependent vehicle. The Gryphon comes in two variants; land, and naval. The land configuration is fitted with landing gear, a M12 Wolverine, 2 hybrid defense turrets (CARNO point-defense, Sparrow anti-air missile battery, Sandsnake perimeter-mine launcher), 2 Quadrover scout drones, and conventional ground-force equipment. The naval configuration is fitted with pontoons, a Tigershark FAC, 2 hybrid defense turrets (CARNO point-defense, Sparrow anti-air missile battery, Seasnake perimeter-mine launcher), 2 Petrel scout drones, and specialized equipment for blue-water and amphibious operations.
