Lefévre greets Tai Seh, the Kaiser, and the Chancellor and directs the them all into the National Assembly.

After taking a quick look around at Paris and the Republican Guard troops, the President turns around and walks into the National Assembly Building. He walks past his fellow national leaders and beckons them to follow. He leads them through the Franc capital building, past Republican Guard troops and government officials of varying importance going about their daily tasks. They reach a set of double doors flanked by a pair of Republican Guard troops who both open the doors.

Lefévre gestures all of the leaders into the room and then follows, the Republican Guards closing the doors behind him. After allowing everyone to take a seat around the large conference table in the middle of the room, Lefévre takes his seat at the head of the table.

"First of all." He begins. "I want to welcome you all to Paris. I hope you all enjoyed your trips and the hospitality that my city has to offer."

"Paris is just as beautiful as when I last saw it." Richtofen says, looking around.

Lefévre's smile widens. "Excellent. Well then, down to business. All of us here find ourselves leading socialist nations. All of our nations share that common ideology. And a shared ideology is an excellent basis for cooperation."

Lefévre leans back in his chair. "What I propose is simple. The formation of an international organization of socialist nations. The Socialist Bloc." Lefévre chuckles. "I am open to discussion on the name."

He continues. "We would open free trade between all of the members of this bloc, and share mutual defense with each other. We can further all of our countries, and the best way we can do that is together."

"Of course." He adds with a grin. "It is not all so simple as that. We will have to take the time to discuss things and work out all of the details."

The dictator is met by troops of the Republican Guard and escorted to the National Assembly building. They take him inside and give him directions to the conference room.

"A defensive pact is the wisest solution." Richthofen says. "In order to truly cement the relations, I would like to make an offer to you, Mister President. I would like to return the Prussian-controlled French lands that were taken during the Franco-Prussian war all those years ago. Think of it as a way to show Prussia's support for this alliance's formation."

Lefévre gapes for a second. "Thank you Herr Richthofen. I graciously accept your offer." He stands and takes a grand bow. "I am in your debt. This will only serve to cement the friendship between our two great nations."

Lefévre returns to his seat. "Representative Tai Seh, this is intended as a mixture of both an economic and a militaristic alliance."

"Tito." He continues. "Welcome to Paris. Please, have a seat." He gestures to the table.

Dictator Tito would like to ask that this pact be strictly economical. Already, owning 60% of the world alcohol market, we intend to monopolize it. Furthermore, we wish to not interfere in any wars for now or the future. We also intend to divert the majority  of domestic heavy industries toward monopolizing the car industry. We are intent on monopolizing industries for political leverage to aid in finding peaceful solutions to conflicts.

Lefévre stares for a second. "President Lefévre would like to request that Dictator Tito doesn't speak in the third person." He says with a chuckle.

"More to the point, you are free to join this alliance or not as you please. Even if you choose to join and withhold military support, I have no complaints. However, if you withhold military support, so not expect differently from any of us." Lefévre gestures at the other leaders around the table and then steeples his fingers, watching Tito with an amused look on his face.

A name must be discussed for the alliance, one that isn't so cliche.  Ushers Representative Tai Seh

Lefévre leans back. "Of course Representative." He says with a grin.

"My suggestion was just that: A suggestion. More of an explanations of what we are than an official title. A socialistic bloc. A combination of countries with a common ideology. Socialism."
