Fair warning to all nations:

From here on out we will be following this rule

Additional territory to be gained by a nation outside of their free expansion must be RPed and approved by the Map Poll in order to become regional canon.

What this means is that if you RP out a territorial acquisition, like he just did, when you actually post the claim for it the territory enters a "reserved" status. Then a poll will be posted for the rest of the region to actually approve the addition. This is the means we were supposed to use to control extra expansions but never did.  ;)
