Title: Another Prussian Claim

For my second claim, I'd like to claim the Baltic States, including Ukraine.

I threw Belarus in there also because it seemed to make sense. Baltic States traditionally being Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. It lies between them and Ukraine.
