The festivities currently taking place in Konigsberg would be perfect, as the Kaiser would also be able to take part in the discussion if required.

Anyway, what we were wishing to discuss. his Majesty's armed forces are looking to adopt a new assault rifle. After extensive testing we have settled on the Heckler & Koch HK416. We would like to acquire a license for Taurus Firearms to manufacture our own in Brazil. We would of course be willing to pay a regular yearly fee etc.

I certainly see no issue in licensing the rifle, what price do yoy find agreeable?

Would 500,000 reais seem reasonable?
