-My nation's name is 'Ruskaya'
-The name I'd like on the map is 'The Ruskaya'

-I would like to claim: Uruguay, Paraguay and Inner Mongolia

I know, I said Inner Mongolia
Mongolia is a country that has been taken by Yamakami but Inner Mongolia is a province of China :D

So I look forward to a factbook entry about how the Mongols wound up in South America, or vice versa. Incidentally, because part of Inner Mongolia had been taken I took a sliver of Argentina and connected Paraguay and Uruguay.
