Title: Peace Talks.

The Western Commonwealth has officially opened the BC Parliament for peace talks in the recent wars. The Parliament is emptied due to the state officials on vacation. We would like to invite the belligerents in the conflicts and also the Francophone Alliance. One of the Runways in the Vancouver airport is now closed off and will serve as the runway for delegation's aircrafts.

Supreme Chancellor Underwood will arrive in his Personal CF-18.

The Velucian Imperator arrives by jet accompanied by 4 Imperial Sentinels (ooc, who I've decided are an all female guard raise from birth by the sentinel training programme to turn them into unempathetic killers - cos I can👍)

Both Generallisimo Hentil and senior Chief General Ronson are busy, so the next senior Chief General, Garrison, has arrived in his modified VIP AVRO VULCAN. He comes in with five Shadow Sentries who lower the Armored limo out of the old bomb bay. Garrison then gets in as they head to the peace meeting.

Minister of Foreign Affairs Armand Lajoie will attends in place of the President as he is taken by other issues at the moment.

The Minister arrives in Vancouver on a plane. Two Republican Guardsmen accompany him.

The Yamakami Empire sends Empress Freya Nakamura in place of the Emperor, Hiroshi Nakamura. The Emperor will stay in the Great Empire of Yamakami for we have offered the R. Republic to hold talks in Vladivostok about the Mandates.
Vladivostok is still open for Prussia and V. Dominion to talk about their conflicts in the middle east.

Prime Minister Andrew Fest arrives, because Celatoro is part of the ADA, and most of the members were at war so he decided to come.

The doors are opened. In the meeting room, there is a large circular table that are set up for negotiations.

A ferry is waiting at the dock for the leaders.

Due to the sudden displacement of the Imperator, the Velucian second in command, Imperial Senator Vladkov, arrives in Vancouver and rushes into the meeting hall before the talks began
