We, the Yamakaminaian government, would like to have a "joint expedition" in the mountainous land/s in the east of the Velucian Imperial Dominion. Should the expedition go as planned, we will recognize it as part of your territory. Our reason is that we wish to strengthen ties with the said country and further strengthening our ties as an ally and as a country part of the ADA.

(I'm assuming you're talking to me, if not say)
We would gladly take part in this expedition, we only took precautions, because of your expansion on the mainland, before the creation of the ADA as we were unsure of your intentions. Specify what you require of us and we will gladly supply it.

[If you the Velucian Imperial Dominion, which I'm 100% sure that you are, then yes, I'm reffering to you]
Our mission is to explore the unknown territory, establish trade with the Natives (if any natives live there) and affirm the sovereignty of the Velucian Imperial Dominion in the region. The lands that are to be explored are the ones that can be found at the east of your country. [No one claimed them].
Armed expedition of the lands:
52-Yamakami soldiers
52-Velucian soldiers
4-Scientists (2 Yamakami and 2 Velucian)
10- Army Doctors
The expedition will start at the end of the eastern border of the Dominion facing the unexplored lands. Given the harsh, cold environment and what looked like steep mountains in the distance, it will take 2 or 3 expeditions to complete the exploration.
The expedition will start once the Dominion gives access to its eastern border to our scientists, 52 soldiers and once their soldiers and scientists are ready.

The Velucians arrive at the makeshift camp set up by the Yamakamians (I'm sorry if I'm not saying that properly) at dusk and begin to set up their temporary shelters for the night.
The commanding officers exchange welcomes and order the men to a quick pre - briefing on the task. The expedition will begin tomorrow ( if you want to magically change time feel free, I don't know why I chose dusk, it just felt right)

Yes, indeed, it was wise to make a camp, we propose a a small base near the eastern border and, say, a helicopter for search and rescue missions (just in case!)
The expedition has started.
