An explosion rocked the Ministry of Agriculture building yesterday in downtown Sydney, killing four civilians and wounding dozens others. Amongst the wounded was Minister of Agriculture Barnaby Joyce, who is currently expected to survive his wounds according to government sources. PM Eric Combs has made a point in stating that the attack was from the controversial National Reclaimant Party, which sticks by the ideology of reclaimant and has been linked to the ARF. The Australian Reclaiment Force is known for multiple terrorist attacks and is considered terrorists by almost every nation. They are extreme nationalists who support genocide of Aboriginal people. The National Reclaimant Party, whose only member of Parliament has been released from his post for funding terrorist groups and a very unfortunate incident with a pig, claims to have no association. According to Prime Minister Combs, Redern promises to fight these extreme nationalist forces. Many high ranking politicians involved in the Freedom Party on the other hand have stated that this is a ploy to weaken nationalist sentiments in the run up to the next election as the government moves into full normalcy from its previously transitional status. They support earlier claims that it was an accidental explosion from a leaking gas line, but the government has stated that a gas explosion would not reach the size of the bombing and that traces of C-4 were found. Nationalism had been on the rise up to this point, as new elections are on there way sometime this year, it might prove to be very important in the future of Redern. Nationalists have attempted to normalize themselves over the past months, but they are still associated with extremism.
