Hello. If it is possible i would like to claim chile, peru, argentina and bolivia

Yes, it was more than what is allowed. Argentina by itself would have been also. However, what I did, seeing that you seemed to have a theme going on, was give you Chile and Peru because these two countries were only slightly over together and had the bulk of Incan lands in them. in five days from now you can come back and claim another 663,268 sq mi.  ;)
