Title: Operation Persian influence
Post by: the belkan states on January 18, 2016, 02:25:07 pm
Following the denial from Prussia to assist their operation in the middle East, Belka began its own operation. To secure its own border the Belkan Army has began pushing South Around the Caspian Sea. Most Kazakhstan people were okay with this and acknowledged the strength the Belkans posessed, and liked their Russian neighbors. However there was a lot of resistance, especially once they reached Turkmenistan. The route being used from Belka to Iran had been secured up to Turkmenistan, where the armored battalions were slowed down. A-10's ran continuous strafe runs in the area. This was to be followed up by a push led by T-14's main battle tanks and GAZ TIGR's armored personnel carriers. About 5,000 troops stayed in Kazhkastan to keep the route safe.

Along with the forces pushing forward, back in Hoffnung (industrial city near astrakhan) the dry docks are ramping up production of the new destroyer for The Belkan Navy. This could help with with influence in the area, and show that we can create a great navy.

Generalissimo Hentill notices a great conflict starting in the Middle East, because of this he doubles the war effort and the armored battalions finally break through Turkmenistan. There is still light remnants there, but that is okay as he sends in a helicopter flight of Hinds and Blackhawks to add to the 2,000 troops guarding the route. As the forces enter Iran, all is calm. Then RPG fire forces them off the road and into cover. A-10 strikes are called in for CAS on the Iranian troops. The TIGR's also make a push from trailing the tanks to heading up front and there, their mounted MG's mow down the soldiers.

30,000 troops fly in to Kazakhstan to destroy the mere 2,000 Belkan troops guarding the route. The land about 1.5 kilometers away from most guarded area of the route, and start marching towards the road.

Kazakhstan has fully submitted to Belkan occupation and Turkmenistan only has less than 100 resistant fighters and it will quickly fall under Belkan influence. The convoy is back on the move in Iran and they near the second region they wish to control there. Strafe runs continue throughout the night to pound the Iranian resistance into submission.

New Caledonia then launches its F-15's AWACS and EA-6B's they start the ECM pods as soon as they are airborne. Back in Dinsmark, 10 B-2 stealth bombers and 5 F-22 stealth fighters launch and streak to the South East. St. Petersburg lauches 20 PAK FA multirole jets.

The aircraft meant to airlift the Celatoro soldiers are intercepted by F-35 fighters, sixty of which gain on the aircraft at Mach 2.6, firing 30mm autocannons and air-to-air missiles at the Celatoro aircraft.

The missiles miss, but the gunfire doesn't, causing the planes to fly a few hundred more miles, but crash in the Great Empire of Yamakami. Most soldiers survive though, and await rescue.

Before breaking off, the F-35s drop laser-guided bombs weighing in at 2000 kilograms each. Sixty bombs overall are dropped.

The PAK FA's begin patrolling the route shooting any Celatoro military they encounter. The New Caledonia planes have been spotted over Celatoro land, circling the area and enforcing a no fly zone. AWACS in the sky is sending transmissions to all local radios warning them to stay indoors, at the same time the ECM pods power is increased to mess with local transmissions.

The F-15S/MTD's shoot two of the fighters down and say, "This was to be a No-Fly-Zone" Apparently you can't follow directions... time to teach you a lesson. Then the B-2 and F-22's enter the airspace, the forces split up with five of the B-2's bombing the capital and the other five bombing Celatoro's major industrial city. The EA-6B's hit the nearest base they can find with unguided bombs.

The Belkan Free States issues a state of emergency and anyone only police are allowed outside. Anyone outside shall be detained or shot on sight. The B-2's, after dropping their payload and successfully leveling half of the capital and industrial city continue to New Caledonia with the F-15S/MTD's as escort to rearm, the EA-6B's continue electronic countermeasures and the F-22's and AWACS maintain air superiority.

B-2 stealth bombers fly to Dinsmark, and jam it's radar. It proceeds to bomb the city until there is barely one left. Then they make a mission to New Caledonia and bomb military personnel.

The F-15's and Mig-31's are able to shoot down all but one of the B-2's before they can even release a bomb, and the only surviving one hit a tribesman refugee. F-22's are now launched to patrol central Belka as radar nation wide is turned on max.

The forces in Iran dig in as they have more pressing matters at hand and can not afford to stretch the army to thin by fighting more and expanding the front. Meanwhile the entire first transport fleet  at Hoffnung begins to taxi the planes and load the Belkan Marines and their Pandur II and Jaguar2s.

The transports begin unloading the vehicles as General Ronson arrives to head to Celatoro and make sure the peace demands have been met. Celatoro has agreed to disband its military and have to rebuild, while Belka pays for the damages the B-2's committed. All offensive operations against Celatoro have ceased, but defensive patrols are up over all Belkan controlled land. The forces in Iran have also started back up to take over the regions.

Following the incident Turkmenistan was able to grow a force of about 200 resistance fighters, the PAK FA's that were being used against Celatoro is now shifting its gaze to strike at these troops. In Iran the second region went smoothly as the convoy begins fighting in the third and final region, where they encountered the heaviest resistance yet, thought this will still be relatively easy considering the might of Belka.

The region that has been wrought by unpopular leaders, is now guarded by Belkan Forces. There are a few men who come from unoccupied Iran to attack the soldiers, but they are few and shall soon be stopped. To make sure they are stopped Hoffnung has finished the first ever Belkan Warship. The Ural Class Corvette, while small, is fast and packs a punch. It is going full speed to the Iran coast to protect the regions from Iranian radicals.

Sorry, but at this time we do not feel the need of any help in building our military. We have fine pilots and great modern technology. The only thing we are lacking is the navy, but as we are developing and have little coast line we see it as passable. So please, keep your workforce and money, as I am sure it can help your country.

The Ural class corvette reaches the Iranian coast and turns broadside. Its port side bofors fire upon the resistance point of entrance into resistance-held Iran and the 6" main gun fires at the few light tanks they have. It is only a matter of time before these rebels stop and the safety of Belka shall extend throughout its Persian sphere of influence.

Generalissimo Hentill goes over the outcome of the operation. The operation would have been splendid had it not been for the Celatoro intervention. So, he lost a total of 1,739 men. Along with 7 T-14's and 36 GAZ TIGR's. Do to the fact that most of the enemy was a weak militia and Celatoro not sending fighters. No planes were lost in the whole operation. The Ural Class corvette also proved itself worthy towards the end of the conflict.
