The Free Belkan states would like to officially join the Island of New Caledonia into our nation.

Well, it's a decision. In character, definitely a no, out of character, I don't know. It depends on what you want to do with New Caledonia.

From what I've gotten this is an out of character thing, just making sure nobody abuses the system. Like how when The dynasty wished to expand, I didn't want him to have it, but said yes cus he got it fair. [Correct me if im wrong, anyone  :) ]

I can prevent other nations from interfering apart from Balkan and you. A nice one on one conflict.
