Greetings Nations of the World!
We invite everyone, especially the dynasties and empires of the world to the Absolute Dynastic Authority or ADA, we originally planned to only invite the empires, dynasties and anything else in between thus the "name" of the future alliance but decided to welcome everyone with open arms instead.
We plan to make this an alliance that strengthens each other's economy, military and every aspect of each and every countries' wellbeing.
This is an effort to reach out to our fellow royals, kings, queens, dictators and presidents to show our good intentions for a world where we can all prosper and be one as our intention is to create a self-sufficient "bloc of Asian and Western nations led by the Yamakaminaians and the rest of the countries involved, free of overbearing powers."
In order to do that the countries in the new alliance must:
Obliged to help fellow allies when war ensues by offering military aid
Obliged to help fellow allies when natural disasters hit by giving donations (either money or old clothes, books etc.)
Give monetary funds to fellow allies in need
Must attend meetings (check the forum from time to time)
Must be an active member
If you intend to declare war on a country, the alliance must be notified for we are involved in the said war by default that is why we advise to talk to the members but if you wish to make wars less obvious then do pm us and we will see if the rest of alliance are willing to help.
If allies in the alliance are not in good terrms , we encourage them to talk it out but if you wish to get the alliance involve then each countries' representative is strongly encouraged to get involve.
If you are interested then feel free to contact our representative, Hidekaz Nakamura or visit the country's capital, "Namarakura City" and directly discuss it with the Emperor, Hiroshi Nakamura for any doubts, questions or clarifications if you so wish.
We look forward to your undying, unconditional support to the would be alliance. Thank you for your time.

The Velucian Imperial Dominion would be pleasures to join, however; instead of an alliance of empires we for an eastern Asian alliance? I only put this forwar because you, Esterfort and I are all in Asian. But as I said, I'd love to join.

We welcome The Esterfort Dynasty and Celatoro government with open arms and yes, the Velusian Imperial Dominion can join whether Asian or not [Asian here :) ] any more questions before you are officially part of the ADA alliance?

My nation needs serious help.

War has been declared on me by the Greater Roman Republic, and combat has started with Prussia. I ask for infantry assistance in Syria, and aerial assistance on the coast of Lebanon.

Military assistance will immediately be sent. State your desired military presence. A fleet of warships? Planes?

The Prussian Government would like to remind the nations of the Alliance that any military forces acting against it will not be spared. Any movement against the Prussian Empire will be met with the full might of our military.

We just pulled out of Syria, but planes harassing the Roman fleet would be appreciated.

2 Yamakaminaian warplanes has been sent for surveillance, any suspicious activities made by the Prussian and Roman Republic will be monitored and reported to the high officials. We would just like to make it clear that we are yet to make a formal war announcement against the two nations IF the situation is out of control. Stand by for now

As allies, I wish to ask you to prevent yourself from expanding anymore north towards my territory. I ask this because those are the areas I plan to assimilate into my empire. I hope you can understand, my friend, and I do not wish for any tension between use during this testing conflict.

Edit: Due to recent incidents we encourage one and all to not act in haste but we know that wars can be inevitable that is why you must and absolutely must ask the alliance for assistance before declaring war and a piece of tip: If you asked the alliance for help and we gave our support then do wait for actual help before attacking the offender for we are all powerful if we act as a group and not as an individual, I do believe that the offender cannot do anything else in the situation other than wait for the offended nation's response (unless you are THAT inactive-we do not encourage inactivity). Remember, we are a group now, we must act and think the same. The actions of one affects everyone.

Edit 2: Im not sure if it is allowed (do bear with me, the rules are a bit confusing, Im not a native english speaker..)but I think that countries in the alliance should have the same color,(if allowed) I propose "violet".

Hmm... I don't really like the idea of violet, we're an alliance of powerful empires, I believe we should have a threatening colour; a dark colour would be best in my opinion - the old favourite black is an option but dark blues greens and reds would also be good. I don't really know about violet, I'm not saying it's a feminine colour, in fact, when it's a nice shade, violet can be nice, but it just doesn't scream POWER! or TERRIFYING MIGHT! that empires should suggest. I am ok with whatever thiugh really, I won't kick up a fuss whatever we get.

Yes, you're right. Violet doesn't scream POWER I thought it would look "Royal" but I think we should put violet in the sidelines. I would've favored red if it wasn't for the fact that other countries are using that color so that's out of the option and for black.. I think it gives off a country with no life, too dark and brooding but I don't have other suggestions. I think we should wait for the other's opinions

Do you think they'd allow borders on the... well, borders? I mean, I agree we can't have red, too generic, and that black itself is can be a depressing and boring colour. But, what if we use black as a base and border it with a more vibrant colour, like violet or (the terrifying sounding) plum purple I think it would give sense of boldness, strength and wealth while the border would add some royalty, wisdom and prosperity to the mix. I've done it on my nation a little in Microsoft paint and it actually looked alright. Whether or not you guys think so is up to you, and there is a great chance that a border wouldn't be allowed, but I like this idea. However, I'm a bit stumped if we have to choose a single colour.

It really depends on what the others want as well but the way I see it purples are too... Erm... fruity? ( I don't think that's the right word but it's close enough. When someone says empire to me I think red, black, blue and white and I get that purples symbolise regality and nobility but I just don't feel having something that vibrant, no matter how dark, would make people think of empires and power. I suppose we could eventually do a poll maybe? When everyone who puts forward a colour has.

It is official, Our official color will be plum purple with a black base.

(Because why not? I'm a bit tired right now and a casual party will help. I'm currently trying to make a private formal letter to PBA in my mind. I want to do a LOT of things in the expeditions thread but I don't have a lot of time so I ask everyone's patience, don't worry! This leader plans exessively to the point.of insanity! But when faced with problems at a speed of light, completely blacks out thus the need to put the plans on paper. I'm never going to leave you all [love you guys! ฅ(♡ơ ₃ơ)ฅ] that's why I ask that, knowing everyone is involved in a war in a way or another and you badly need assistance, don't afraid to tell (preferably in this thread so I won't constantly bash my head trying to find the problem and the reason why you need help.
